Privacy Policy
EasyInput · Last updated August 14, 2026
This policy explains how EasyInput handles information when you import documents, review extracted records, export data, create an account, or connect a supported third-party service.
Documents and local processing
EasyInput accesses only files you select. The current document-reading workflow processes receipt images and PDFs on your Mac. Reviewed records and exported files remain in locations you control unless you deliberately use a hosted or connected-account feature.
Accounts and hosted features
If you create an EasyInput account, we process the account identifier and email address provided through the sign-in method. Supabase provides authentication, database, and hosted application services on our behalf. Hosted records can include organization membership, usage totals, connection status, synchronization history, and audit events needed to provide and secure the service.
Planning Center and Clover connections
Connecting a service is optional. Authorization occurs on Planning Center's or Clover's website; EasyInput does not receive your password. The provider returns access credentials that are encrypted before storage. EasyInput uses those credentials only to perform the actions you request, such as retrieving account details, reconciling records, or sending approved data. You can revoke access from the provider or contact us to remove the connection.
Financial and donation information
Documents and connected services may contain transaction, donor, customer, or merchant information. Use EasyInput only when you are authorized to process that information. EasyInput does not use this information for advertising and does not sell it.
Purchases
If paid plans are offered through the Mac App Store, Apple processes payments. EasyInput does not receive complete payment-card details. A subscription service may process purchase status and an app user identifier so entitlements can be recognized and restored.
Analytics and logging
EasyInput does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Operational logs may record technical events needed for security, reliability, quota enforcement, and troubleshooting. We avoid placing document contents, provider credentials, or sensitive financial details in logs.
Retention, deletion, and security
Local files remain under your control. Hosted information is retained while needed to provide the account, connection, and synchronization history, or meet legal obligations. To request deletion, email support@loxi.dev. We use encrypted network connections, encrypted provider credentials, and tenant access controls intended to protect hosted information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as EasyInput changes. The latest version will remain on this page. Questions can be sent to support@loxi.dev.
