Privacy Policy
Junior Golf Counter · Last updated July 8, 2026
Junior Golf Counter is designed to be private by default. This policy explains what information the app does and does not handle.
Private by default
No account is required to use the app. Out of the box, the rounds, scores, pars, clubs, and notes you enter are stored locally on your device only. We do not ask for your name, email, location, or any other personal data, and nothing is transmitted to us or to any third party. If you delete the app, this local data is removed with it.
Optional Family Sync
The app includes an optional Family Sync feature that lets two parents or other family members see the same saved rounds on their own phones. If, and only if, you choose to turn this on:
- Account: You create an account with an email address and password. The email address is used only for account access and account messages.
- What is synced: Saved rounds, course name, date, hole pars, scores, clubs, notes, and the golfers' first names are stored in our cloud database.
- Who can see it: Only members of your family group can see your family's rounds. A private invite code controls access.
- Where it lives: Supabase hosts synced data on our behalf and encrypts it in transit.
- Deletion: To request permanent deletion, email support@golfgames.us.
Purchases
Apple processes subscriptions and purchases through the App Store. We do not receive your complete payment information.
Apple Watch
Round information can sync between your iPhone and paired Apple Watch using Apple's device connectivity. Workout data remains under Apple's HealthKit controls and is not sent to us.
Analytics and tracking
The app contains no third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal information.
Children's privacy
The app is made for parents and guardians to track their kids' rounds. Accounts are created by adults, and a parent may request deletion at any time.
Changes and contact
