This policy explains how BoneKeeper handles information when you use local scorekeeping, create an account, host a live game, join a game, or purchase BoneKeeper Pro.
Local guest games
You can use BoneKeeper without an account. Local guest names, scores, and completed-board history are stored on your device. This local information is removed when you delete the app unless it has also been synced through a signed-in account.
Account information
If you create an account or use Sign in with Apple, BoneKeeper processes the account identifier and the email address provided by the sign-in method. Supabase provides authentication and cloud storage services on our behalf.
Game and player information
When you use signed-in features, BoneKeeper may store player display names, scores, completed-board results, hosted-game records, invite codes, and tournament progress. This information is used to provide history, live viewing, and tournament features.
Live games
A live-game host controls scoring. People with the game's invite code can view the score while the game is active. Do not use private or sensitive information as a player display name.
Purchases
Apple processes subscription payments. BoneKeeper does not receive your full payment-card details. RevenueCat processes App Store purchase status and an app user identifier so the app can recognize whether BoneKeeper Pro is active and restore purchases.
Analytics, advertising, and sale of data
BoneKeeper does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Operational service providers only process information needed to provide authentication, cloud sync, live games, and purchase entitlements.
Data retention and deletion
Local information remains on your device until you remove it or delete the app. Cloud account and game information is retained while needed to provide your account and history. To request deletion of your account and associated cloud data, email support@loxi.dev.
Security
We use platform authentication, encrypted network connections, and database access controls intended to protect account and game information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
