Email support@loxi.dev and include the device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
Quick help
- Score five points: Tap a player board once. Ten taps complete one 50-point house.
- Finish a game: The first player to complete three houses wins.
- Host a live game: Sign in, open Host Live Game, choose the player count, and share the invite code.
- Join as a viewer: Enter the host's invite code from the home screen. Viewers can watch but cannot change scores.
- Restore Pro: Open the BoneKeeper Pro paywall and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Open Settings on your device, tap your Apple Account name, then choose Subscriptions. Select BoneKeeper to change or cancel the plan.
Account and data deletion
To request deletion of a BoneKeeper account and its associated cloud data, email support@loxi.dev from the account's email address.
